Returns & Exchanges

At Aurora Nutrascience, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your premium apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
